3. Start New AI Conversations Mid-Call:
Launch entire new AI-driven conversations mid-call via SMS. This is perfect for situations where you need to address additional customer queries or provide extra support on the fly.
4. Easy Setup and Verification:
To use these new SMS features, ensure your business is verified under the "General" settings on the platform. Once approved, you can start leveraging this powerful tool immediately.

You can now train your AI agents directly through an intuitive interface. Simply interact with your agent, and if a response doesn't meet your expectations, you can modify it instantly. This allows for a more natural and efficient training process.

Set specific rules for your agents' responses. For example, you can instruct your agent to deliver information in a humorous tone, respond with a joke, or even convey details in the form of a haiku. The possibilities are endless, and you can get as creative as you like.

Each rule you create is tied to a specific node in the conversation flow. This means you can manage, edit, or add new rules to individual parts of the conversation, giving you granular control over how your agent interacts with callers.

Caller ID Masking for Outbound Calls
We're excited to introduce a powerful new feature to the Thoughtly platform—Caller ID masking for outbound calls. This enhancement allows you to ensure that your outbound calls appear to come from a specific phone number of your choice, providing a consistent and professional experience for your customers.
1. Customizable Caller ID:
With this feature, you can mask your outbound phone calls to display a specific phone number that you’ve added and verified on the platform. This is especially useful for businesses that want all calls to appear as if they are coming from a central or recognized number.
2. Simple Setup Process:
To enable Caller ID masking, navigate to the "Phone Numbers" section on the left-hand side of the platform, then select "Caller ID" in the top right corner. Enter the phone number you want to use, and click "Enable."
After entering your phone number, you'll receive a validation call. Simply enter the six-digit validation code to confirm ownership, and you're all set!
3. Seamless Integration with Your Workflows:
Once your phone number is validated, you can easily connect it to one or multiple agents or workflows within Thoughtly. This ensures that all outbound calls made by your AI agents will use the verified Caller ID, helping maintain brand consistency and improving customer trust.
Use Case Example:
Imagine you want all your outbound customer support calls to appear as though they're coming from your main office number. By enabling Caller ID masking, every call made by your AI agents will show the specified number, regardless of the actual number used to make the call.
